教育基本上決定了我們會(huì)成為什么樣的人，當(dāng)然少數(shù)人除外。

我夢(mèng)想成為一名飛行員，或航空工程師。然而，由于教育系統(tǒng)的種種原因，我不得不放棄自己的夢(mèng)想，最后做了一名程序員。

我認(rèn)為，教育是一項(xiàng)必不可少的事業(yè)，但需要搞清楚，當(dāng)今社會(huì)我們需要什么樣的教育。引用一個(gè)段子：

“稅收是什么？我怎么計(jì)算和支付正確的金額？不要擔(dān)心, 線粒體是細(xì)胞的發(fā)電所（注：此為美國的段子，意指學(xué)校里教的東西并沒有太大實(shí)用性）?！?所以，你所學(xué)的一切都是無用的。我們?cè)趯W(xué)校里學(xué)的那些無用的科目，并不能讓我們?cè)谏钪谢畹暮芎谩?/p>

例如，你在學(xué)校學(xué)過這些嗎：

• 1.    如何繳稅？

• 2.    怎么換輪胎？

• 3.    怎么判斷汽車的狀況是可以安全行駛的？

• 4.    怎么知道你的家里沒有隱患？

• 5.    如何編寫有效的營銷廣告或官方文件？

• 6.    怎么找到合適且公正的咨詢？

• 7.    怎么安排飯食（不是說烹飪課）？

• 8.    怎么檢查家里的電力系統(tǒng)？

在我們的教育系統(tǒng)里，老師被迫向?qū)W生灌輸一些“教育專家”認(rèn)為對(duì)成長中的孩子有用的信息，然而，這些信息可能并不是孩子們實(shí)際需要的。這樣做只會(huì)把孩子們培養(yǎng)得像塊木頭，而不是一個(gè)完整的人。

所以，我們的教育系統(tǒng)必須得變得更加友好，不要?jiǎng)儕Z了孩子的童年。

Education is the base of what we become except a very few rare cases. As for me, I wanted to become a pilot or an aeronautical engineer，basically what happens in our education system is but unfortunately due to various reasons I had to divert from that course and I ended up as a hardcore programmer.

Education is necessary but we must decide what type of education is needed nowadays. Quoting a meme I saw:

“What are taxes and how do I calculate and pay the correct amount? Don’t worry mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. ”

So everything you learn is not useful. We learn multiple useless subjects in school but nothing that well support us in real life. 

Just for an example have you been taught at school

1. How to do taxes?

2. How to change a tire?

3. How to tell if your car is running okay?

4. How to tell if your house is doing okay?

5. How to write an effective advertisement or any official document?

6. How to seek proper and just legal advice?

7. How to prepare a basic meal or anything (Not cooking class )

8. How to check the electric system of your house?

Basically what happens in our education system is that teachers are forced to pump information about thing that “Education Experts” think are necessary for a growing child. Not what an actual child needs. Every horse s**t information and fact that they seem fit are pumped into the child's brain making the child more zombielike than a human being.

So this system must be changed into something a bit more friendly to children without robbing their childhood from them.
