今天，Lady Lion 為大家?guī)?lái)Jean Blanc的來(lái)信。 他來(lái)自法國(guó)，現(xiàn)在在中國(guó)從事市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作。

“教育”真的很神奇，被賦予了很多不同的功能，從社會(huì)層面來(lái)說(shuō)，它能夠跨越社會(huì)階層，傳承民族文化，甚至解放人類思想；從個(gè)人層面來(lái)說(shuō)，教育能改變?nèi)说拿\(yùn)，提高人的生活水平。

請(qǐng)讀：

我的名字是Jean Blanc， 1966年在巴黎出生，法國(guó)人。我是個(gè)混血兒，父親來(lái)自非洲，母親是法國(guó)白人。我的家庭屬于一般的中產(chǎn)階級(jí)。我在天主教小學(xué)和高中讀的書。我不喜歡小學(xué)，修女們都很不好，我經(jīng)常被懲罰，雖然很多時(shí)候我確實(shí)很調(diào)皮。高中也一樣。我于1985年進(jìn)入巴黎第十三大學(xué)，主修食品科學(xué)，夢(mèng)想成為一名廚師。我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己很擅長(zhǎng)烹飪食物，但不擅長(zhǎng)擺盤。最后，我放棄了當(dāng)廚師的夢(mèng)想，從事著與食品相關(guān)的工作。

目前，我擔(dān)任法國(guó)家樂(lè)福超市駐中國(guó)的市場(chǎng)與營(yíng)銷副總監(jiān)。這份工作與食物不是太相關(guān)，與大廚也相距甚遠(yuǎn)，但是，毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，教育讓我找到了一份好工作，同時(shí)也給我提供了旅游的機(jī)會(huì)，提高了我的生活水平和社會(huì)地位。此外，我還是我的朋友們的大廚，我很開(kāi)心能夠?yàn)樗麄兣腼儭?/p>

我認(rèn)為，教育能夠提高人們的生活水平，不管他們來(lái)自哪里，他們是誰(shuí)。

 MY Name is Jean Blanc. I am French born in Paris in 1966. I am mixed race，my father was from Africa and my mother was born in Paris and is White. My family was lower middle class and I went to Catholic primary school and high school. Primary school I did not enjoy. The nuns were mean spirited and I was punished a lot, but to be fair I most likely deserved it at least part of the time. High school was the same.  I started university in 1985 I went to Université Paris 13 – Paris Nord, I majored in food science and had dreams of becoming a chef.  I found I could cook very well but my presentation of the food was not as good as the food itself. I gave up my dream of being a chef, but still worked in food related jobs.

I am currently a representative for Carrefour, the French super market in China.  The job is not that food related but my education did give me the chance to have a good job and to travel.  While I am not a famous chef, or even a cook in a restaurant my education allowed me to improve my life and my social standing.   As far as being a chef I am a chef for my friends and am always happy to cook for them.

I think education can help people raise their standard of living regardless of where they are from or who they are.
